Ratee First Action

1. Download the PPT and understand the process involved.

2. Fill out the preliminaries and demographics part of the IPCRF template as instructed on the PPT.

3. Follow the remaining procedures as instructed on the PPT.

4. Submit the file to the appropriate submission bin.

5. Submit the portfolio to the appropriate submission bin (softcopy) or hand it over to the appropriate MT (hardcopy)

Rater Action

1. Fill out the Encoding Part 1 portion.

2. Follow the remaining procedures as instructed on the PPT.

3. Submit the file back to the submission bin.

Ratee Second Action

1. Fill out the Encoding Part 2 portion and Part 4.

2. Follow the remaining procedures as instructed on the PPT.

3. Submit the file back to the submission bin.

4. Print the Parts 1-4  and have it signed by appropriate signatories.

5. Submit two copies to Mrs. Agbon for consolidation.
